The goal is to collect in here blockers for the beta 2 release on Thursday November 15. This is the follow-up to #12310

The overall goal is to have at least all supported apps available in the app store with the Nextcloud 15 compatible version.

@MorrisJobke maybe add a info/notice to provide PHP 7.3 support (most apps work without modification), but sill use maxVerison 7.2 in XML and no travis test
