This PR is related to fb55/domhandler#19. Since the
ontextevent generally require some additionnal processing "downstream" to be able to gather together the full text sequence, this PR introduce a new event (I named itoncontent, but whatever is fine for me) which is only triggered once the full text sequence has been collected. So by usingoncontentthe collected text will behave the same way whether the writing is done in a stream way or not.
