It seems as though by enabling running Query6 so that it actually produced output, the tests started to fail. |

Talked this over and actually it appears that the failure is caused by (1) the query has always been wrong (2) the data size was never large enough to find that. Separately (3) the model was made more correct. So I think this is something that should be sickbayed and filed. |

Reverts #4745 it causes flakes.
