Replace print_result in IDE models #797
Description
Motivation / Current Behaviour
The current print_result() function in ide_seir and ide_secir is not very advanced neither tested (so it reduces our code coverage).
Enhancement description
As soon as #511 is merged, it should be replaced by print_table() from https://github.com/DLR-SC/memilio/pull/574/files#diff-bea3431faf686ff7da3bb2e8ff67585831d975b2b783a2704b0242fd13a9b33bR464
