Need a way to construct Event strings

Some APIs require events in the form [EVENT, Recognition Method, Visible],[Other Event, Recognition Method, Visible],etc

Since these arrays look quite arcane and take a lot of effort to understand, we need a module to build these using human readable names.

Maybe a enum that takes a nice name and returns the label used by the endpoint?
