Merging... after several small updates/tweaks, I'm now satisfied this is working properly -- the connection to Codecov now seems to be stable (namely from this commit: d241d4e) NOTE: All open PRs will need to be rebased so that they include the Github Action |

This PR updates our
dspace-angularproject to use GitHub Actions for continuous integration, based on our existing.travis.yml. Here's the current status of this work:.travis.yml.travis.ymlThis is still a work in progress.
