NuGet package only contains Capstone binaries for Windows

Hello,

It seems that the NuGet package only contains Windows binaries. Given that .NET Core use on Linux and OS X is very prevalent these days, it would be nice if binaries for those OSs could be included as well.

Hi - That's a good point. Let me see what I can do to add the binaries for the other OS to the NuGet package.
