This is an updated version of the WETH9 contract, which is a standard implementation of Wrapped Ether (WETH) on Ethereum. It allows users to receive WETH in exchange for sending ETH to the contract, and enables withdrawal of WETH back to ETH by transferring WETH to the contract.
