Vamika Karn👋

Hi, I'm a biotechnology graduate with a passion for bioinformatics and computational biology. I work with R, Python, and Linux, building tools and workflows that bridge the gap between biology and data science. I'm especially interested in:

Genomic and Multi-Omics data analysis, Biological data visualization, Reproducible research pipelines, and Open science and collaborative projects
