SetTimerResolution ignores --resolution arg

My current arg is - D:\soft\timer\TimerResBenchmark\SetTimerResolution.exe --resolution 5040
When running file i see message in cmd: Resolution set to: 0.5ms
MeasureSleep also shows 0.500

Is there a way to fix this?
