phpList - change permissions to support the UI updater

phpList now provides an easy UI based updater (see here) but our default permissions don't support that. To allow that to work, we need to give full control to the webserver, i.e.:

chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www/phplist

Where would this fix be implemented? Would it only be the appliances relying on php that need to be updated and which file in the appliance fs should be updated to include this line?

The change required to resolve this issue would go in the phplist conf script. The line to add would be:

chown -R www-data:www-data $WEBROOT

Probably somewhere near the bottom.
