OVA - "Virtual ethernet card 'Network adapter 1' is not supported." - Ensure not using "Flexible network adaptor"

As recently reported by Brian in our forums, our OVAs apparently have "Flexible network adaptor" enabled, which VMware no longer supports.

This causes a warning/error message of "Virtual ethernet card 'Network adapter 1' is not supported." to be shown.

We should look into this and ensure that it is resolved for the v16.0 release.

We have users using a range of different VMware software (and differing versions of VMware software).

We have deprecated support for some really old VMware software for the v16.x release, but in an effort to maximise support for all of our user base, we've still retained support for some older versions. I'm unclear on how that relates to this specific virtual hardware.

So whilst our OVAs should "just work" for most users, there may still be scenarios where users of older VMware software may struggle with our OVA (and may need to install from ISO - or import the VMDK). Users of really new VMware may also hit issues with older visualised hardware that is not ideal for newer releases. Generally this can be worked around by changing the virtual hardware in use or simply importing the VMDK or installing from ISO.

We'll revisit this in v17.0 and likely deprecate more legacy VMware visualised hardware.
