Fix spelling, grammar, and formatting errors

Summary

Fixes minor spelling, grammar, and formatting errors found across the documentation.

Changes

• lab/walk-in/communications.mdx: Fixed inconsistent backtick formatting in the cancelled row — was using single backticks while all other rows used double backticks
• wearables/providers/test_data.mdx: Fixed "users limit" → "user limit" (noun adjunct, not possessive plural); fixed "its data" → "their data" (correct pronoun for a person)
• changelog/wearables/providers.mdx: Fixed "in UTC time basis" → "on a UTC time basis" (missing article and preposition)
• wearables/guides/fitbit.mdx: Fixed "uses UTC time basis" → "uses a UTC time basis" (missing article)
• lab/overview/locations.mdx: Fixed "start and end dates" → "start and end times" (consistency with the same sentence which references "times" earlier)
