Add a command to checks whether each template renders correctly

It would be useful to have a command to easily run a check on CI if each template renders without an error.

This feels like it would be a great improvement if doable. Tagging as "design decision needed" so we talk about feasibility.

Now implemented: https://torchbox.github.io/django-pattern-library/reference/api/#render_patterns. This is rather basic but should help already.
