Attempt History

As a registered user, I want to view my previous quiz attempts, so that I can track my learning progress.

Acceptance Criteria

• Users can see past quizzes with scores.
• Clicking an attempt shows details.
• Attempts are stored per-user.

Tasks

• Add attempt history page.
• Store attempt metadata.
• Link attempts to user profile.
