Premade Quizzes Section

As a user, I want to view premade quizzes on the homepage, so that I can quickly start playing.

Acceptance Criteria

• At least 3-5 premade quizzes appear on homepage.
• Quizzes cover different languages/topics.
• Clicking one starts the attempt.

Tasks

• Add premade quizzes to database.
• Display them on homepage UI.
• Link them to attempt flow.
