Description & motivation 💭
In Svelte,
|globalmakes transitions play even when a parent component is being destroyed (e.g. during navigation). This means when navigating away from/workflowstheout:flytransition kept running, which was affecting layout calculations on the destination page.This PR adds back the animation removed in #3240 but without the
|globalon both transitions. In this case, the{#key count}block triggers the transitions when count changes and the|globalis not needed as it means we just lose the transition on teardown during navigation (which we don't need anyways).Screenshots (if applicable) 📸
