Switching between namespaces takes several seconds

Minimal Reproduction

• Run https://github.com/temporalio/samples-go/tree/main/temporal-fixtures/namespaces
• Run sample workflows on default namespace (ex. https://github.com/temporalio/samples-go/tree/main/temporal-fixtures/rainbow-statuses)
• Open UI and switch between namespaces

: When switching, it takes several seconds until the UI renders workflows for the relevant namespace

Environment/Versions

• OS and processor: [e.g. M1 Mac, x86 Windows, Linux]
• Temporal Version: [e.g. 1.14.0?] and/or SDK version
• Are you using Docker or Kubernetes or building Temporal from source?
