This PR adds alias (dist, div, len, mul, sqrDist, sqrLen, len), equality (equals, exactEquals), and math functions (floor, ceil, round).
It does not add
str(see: stackgl/gl-vec2#12) or spline interpolation (no strong opinion, just didn't seem like an obvious add).
