Print out the version of the operator at install

When I run stackablectl operator install hbase it prints out

[INFO ] Installing hbase operator

It would be nice if it also said which version.

Problem here is that stackablectl itself doesn't know the version at this point. It just passes `` to helm in case the version is not specifed (see https://github.com/stackabletech/stackablectl/blob/008965d2da787bbb9ea98df35897c5fd79055774/src/helm.rs#L107)
In case you specify a version it will be printed https://github.com/stackabletech/stackablectl/blob/008965d2da787bbb9ea98df35897c5fd79055774/src/operator.rs#L282-L289
I'm not saying this is not possible but also not trivial.
