menu not showing on menu bar

i'm trying to use sprangular for my project..
so i use sprangular_static_content to create the menu..
if i call the url in the pages show (ex: http://localhost:3000/pages/about-us)
but the menu  didn't show, on the location i check (footer, header or sidebar)..

any suggest what should i do ?
