Titlebar theming not possible anymore on Windows 11

Since commit 3c6eae3 it is not possible anymore to set a custom titlebar color via "TitleBar" in a theme.json. It is hardcoded to the transparent mica style when using Windows 11. This looks especially bad when using one of the dark theme overrides.

It is fine to use mica by default, but it should be possible to control the behavior from a custom theme as before. Optimally the theme override should also allow to set the SystemAccentColor for the titlebar.

And a minor nitpick:
The close button hover color should have the windows default hex code #c42b1c with a white x instead of maximum red #ff0000 ;)

When you are using a custom theme, you should set the basic theme properly. Try to change the theme to dark then apply your custom theme overrides

You are correct, using the dark theme would fix this scenario. My main point is still valid - it would be better to have a choice on light mode to set an optional color instead of being forced to use the transparent theme. The transparent theme also applies if transparency is disabled on operating system level.

Let me provide a better example - the one I am actually using across different operating systems.

I know, that this mainly boils down to personal preference (like not having 80% of all labels in UPPERCASE), but if there is a theming possibility provided, it should give users the choice as in the previous versions.

Done. You can disable Mica effect on Windows 11 by adding "UseMicaOnWindows11": false to your custom theme
