Warning #15

Description

@jafuentest

I'm getting HTTP::Accept::ParseError when trying to parse request.env['HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE']

These are the values of the HTTP_ACCEPT_LANGUAGE header that produce the error and the user agents they come from according to the nginx log. There may be more versions of chrome that send these headers, these two are just the first ones I found for each case. I'm not sure if this is actually a bug in the Languages.parse, I wanted to get more opinions before attempting to submit a PR or patching my own code
