I will keep the SDF parser to access the old releases in legacy ftp and use the new one for the releases >=245

The name-to-synonym mappings are here: https://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/chebi/archive/rel245/flat_files/names.tsv.gz
We could easily generate the 3-star and complete sets from the new release format. I can also implement the option for the legacy SDF parser.
