There weren't any response_handler tests at all, prior to this!
This ensures every server response is handled, including the greeting.
FakeServer was introduced by v0.4, so the tests needed to be rewritten without it. And ruby 2.6 doesn't support numbered params or "...".

Updates net-imap to the latest 0.2.x semver to mitigate [CVE-2025-43857](https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/cve-2025-43857). Fix backported in ruby/net-imap#442
