Add a simple flow of Bluetooth Connectivity

I think it would be worth adding a basic Bluetooth flow with Kotlin and Coroutinas, which allows:

1. Make Discovery of BLE devices
2. Pairing
3. Do some operation (Read / Write / Subscription)
4. Disconnection / Unpairing
