thank you @alicenstar ! small edits from me:
- updated the per-customer toggle screenshot so that it shows what it looks like when the per-customer option is available (versus greyed out)
- added subheadings for global v per-customer access management (unrelated to your changes, but realized it would be helpful for skimming this page)
- i removed some of the content that described the UI behavior. the UI for this feature seemed easy to understand/use, so we can probably avoid doc'ing some of those details
