To sum things up there is a 612 KB XHTML resource in there, which is 1960 lines of XHTML. While there is no remarkable performance hit when navigating throughout this resource, navigation to other smaller resources is slowed down noticeably.
I have yet to confirm if the issue lies in it being added into the FramePool and its blob being created but it takes quite a while to navigate from the title page to the imprint to the dedication when it is not in memory, etc.
