Remove orientation and spread in FXLSpreader #154
Description
Given we updated models in #144 and we no longer handle the EPUB Properties of Link, we should remove orientation and spread from FXLSpreader.
The timing made it difficult to do that directly at the time but it makes no sense the logic relies on these as shared models do not handle them any longer.
