Enable repos based on Availability

Problem

Currently, there's no hardcoded list of repos to host matching, so soar simply enables all repos on a host regardless if the repos even exist for them

Expected behavior

After #67 is merged, there will be a repo -- host mapping.
And soar should enable repos conditionally based on this information.
This information would be updated/changed per release.

If soar is run on a host where there are no repos, it should exit with a message like:
Our official repositories do not support x86_64-freebsd, please create a discussion or self-host your own
It shouldn't enable any repos.
