This is the initial commit (note that I opted not to fork the original dead repo; I want no association with it). It's just an import of all the files from the original repo, with a few changes:

• updated the readme
• added a style PSR-2 fixer
• ran the fixer on the codebase (tests still pass, after a few touch-ups)
