Library theming: Update Card component in design kit

Update the Card component in the PatternFly design kit to align with the unified theme. Update Figma files, styles, documentation, and ensure unified visual consistency throughout.

Deliverables:

• Update tokens

• Include new variants

• Update branded icons

• Address audit fixes:

• Restructure Description List Card (Figma; details noted below)

In description list in card, it looks like the Card size property combines two concepts:

• Large Card - isLarge, isCompact

• Description List - isLarge

Looks like padding is adjusted for the card and text size is adjusted for descriptionList

another issue:
description list card is referencing an old version of card. so we need to rebuild that. Probably should be just the description list size variants (default, display lg, display xl) placed within a default card.
The card could technically be set to compact, large, or default but that should be independent of the description list size.

maybe the display sizes should be variants in the actual description list base component and then the description list in card component just combines the 2?
