vi.doMock + dynamic import without resetModules relied on module cache behavior that changed in vitest 4.1. Each test now resets the module registry before mocking, and mocks include the constants that mcp.js statically imports (EVERY_SYMBOL_KIND, EVERY_EDGE_KIND, VALID_ROLES).
