Packages with an installer inside an archive

The following file is flagged as archive, but it contains an installer and not the plugin files:

Looks like an installer wrapped in archive type file is not supported by the registry spec.

I'm opening this issue to keep it in mind, i think best option might be to contact maintainer to :

• Publish an archive containing the raw plugin files on windows (similar to the linux .zip)
  -OR-
• Publish an installer as an exe for windows (similar to the linux .dmg)

Ah good spot. I have opened an issue here:

There are a few of these on Mac, which I have already opened issues for:

Let's keep this issue open until they are resolved, and to track any others we find.

Best convert this into a discussion, this is not an issue with OAS.

I would like to keep it open as it requires a task for us to either:

1. Contribute/remind/fork to correct the releases, then update in OAS registry
2. Update the registry to account for these edge-cases (and update OwlPlug and StudioRack to support them)
3. Remove the plugins if they will never adhere to the specification

The idea of an issue is that it can end, this is something that will never end, it's a re-occuring task. That's what discussions are for.
