👋🏼 G'day world! 🌏

👤 I'm David Dolph aka David A. Symons.

I love people, problem-solving and engineering. From industry conglomerates in travel (Expedia), connected cars (Toyota), video games (Riot Games), to early-stage FinTech start-ups (Open Banking, Banked), scale-ups (Dream11), and the world’s largest supermarket (Tesco).

Operations, Systems, DevOps, Platform Engineer — Lead, Head, Principal, VP, CTO. I've founded and failed, built and scaled teams from 0→1, and delivered across start-ups, scale-ups, enterprises and multinationals. From data centres to cloud, containers to Kubernetes, kaizen to customers — my focus has always been effective, efficient and excellent engineering.
