Missing tags & releases up to and including 2.21.1 on GH

Hello,

This python module is versioned 2.21.1 on PyPi https://pypi.org/project/nvidia-riva-client/
But the GH repo only has tags up to 2.19.0

If this could be reconciled that'd be great, thanks

Releases 2.22.0, 2.23.0, and 2.24.0 are missing tags, too.
