Summary
Fix Psalm warnings due to it not being able to detect the inheritance chain
Template->OC_Template-> ... ->ITemplate. The classOC_Templateis not public and thus not available innextcloud/ocp. The implements declaration is redundant but should fix Psalm.Examples
