This PR refactors the deprecated method
OC\Server::getUserManagerand replaces it withOC\Server::get(\OCP\IUserManager::class)throughout the entire NC codebase (excluding./appsand./3rdparty).Additionally, where necessary, the
\OCP\IUserManagerclass is imported via theusedirective.
