This PR refactors the deprecated method
OC\Server::getMailerand replaces it withOC\Server::get(\OCP\Mail\IMailer::class)throughout the entire NC codebase (excluding./appsand./3rdparty).Additionally, where necessary, the
OCP\Mail\IMailerclass is imported via theusedirective.
