This PR refactors the deprecated method
OC\Server::getNotificationManagerand replaces it withOC\Server::get(\OCP\Notification\IManager::class)throughout the entire NC codebase (excluding./appsand./3rdparty).Additionally, where necessary, the
\OCP\Notification\IManagerclass is imported via theusedirective.
