This PR refactors the deprecated method
OC\Server::getSecureRandomand replaces it withOC\Server::get(\OCP\Security\ISecureRandom::class)throughout the entire NC codebase (excluding./appsand./3rdparty).Additionally, where necessary, the
\OCP\Security\ISecureRandomclass is imported via theusedirective.
