This PR refactors the deprecated method
OC\Server::getEncryptionFilesHelperand replaces it withOC\Server::get(\OCP\Encryption\IFile::class)throughout the entire NC codebase (excluding./appsand./3rdparty).Additionally, where necessary, the
OCP\Encryption\IFileclass is imported via theusedirective.
