As discussed in #6822 the urdecode is redundant and creates problems (especially with the discoursesso app)

I cannot reproduce it on current master, the link as described ("https://nextcloud13.local/index.php/apps/activity/?filter=b%0Ay") would bring me to activities, no error page. I guess we can close that, @soudis? |

Sorry, I was not precise enough, you need to be logged out, because this redirects you to: https://.../index.php/login?redirect_url=/index.php/apps/activity/%3Ffilter%3Db%250Ay which then leads to the error / blank page. |
