[Bug]: Could not find mount point, can't keep encryption keys

Bug description

Created a file within External S3 Storage while having encryption enabled

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect to S3 Storge
2. Make sure encyprtion is enabled
3. created a file "TXT DOCx, etc
4. error

Expected behavior

shuold applow creation of files
