Ocassional 22-23 second delays in backend answers #29153

Steps to reproduce
- Click on "Dashboard", then click on "Files", then click on "Talk" in any order.
- Repeat this. For a few clicks (5-10-15) the system works as expected but then the problem manifests itself.
Another method:
- After a while (say 5 minutes), click on something (like Files) or type the address of your server and press enter. Most of the time the problem shows up.
Expected behaviour
You should see the page starting loading (almost immediately, perhaps slowly, but this is not the issue here).
Actual behaviour
The browser's "loading" icon is animated but the page is blank, and after around 22-23 seconds the page appears.
This 22-23 secs is very stable, I can always predict when the page appears with just watching the time.
When I'm watching the browser's console, more specifically network, I can see two calls. Let's assume I click on Talk. I see immediately a call to spreed/, with status Cancelled, and immediately another call to spreed/ with status Pending. After 22.73 secs of waiting the answer arrives. This interval is so consistent I would look for a timeout, more specifically a DNS timeout. Note: The cancelled call appears during the "expected" behaviour as well.
This behaviour is new, I think this is connected to the change to 22.2.0. I'm not entirely sure though, it might've appeared after the 21 -> 22 transition. It's annoying but kinda harmless.
