"No expiry configured." when AUTO is configured #27496
Description
The message from occ versions:expire is confusing:
# ./occ versions:expire
No expiry configured.
versions_retention_obligation is not configured, the default 'auto' is used then. See owncloud/core#28509. I tested with NC 20.0.10 and 21.0.2.
