After internal discussion regarding performance and easy of maintain we decided to drop support for FileEventsListener for Nextcloud 32 in the AppAPI.
PR to the nc_py_api created and merged: cloud-py-api/nc_py_api#348
Please use the webhook_listener app that support much more functionality and easier to maintain and expand. It is available since Nextcloud 30.
