Summary

Adds DevDrops Property to the Third-Party Servers list — a hosted, pay-per-call UK property intelligence MCP server using streamable HTTP transport.

• get_uk_property_prices — Recent sale prices by postcode from HM Land Registry
• get_uk_company_property_charges — Property charges (mortgages) by Companies House number
• get_uk_house_price_index — House Price Index by UK region, 12 months of data

We've retired the third-party server list from the README in favor of the MCP Registry — see #3950 for context. The Official Integrations and Community Servers sections no longer exist in the README, so this PR no longer has a target.
