Add Asqav MCP server to Community Servers

Summary

Adds asqav-mcp to the Community Servers section.

What it does: AI agent governance MCP server providing quantum-safe audit trails (ML-DSA-65/FIPS 204), policy enforcement, and threat detection. Works with Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Claude Code.

Key features:

• Tamper-evident audit trails with post-quantum signatures
• Real-time policy enforcement for AI agent actions
• Threat detection and anomaly scoring
• EU AI Act and DORA compliance support

Heads up - CONTRIBUTING.md says new server listings should go to the official MCP Registry now (https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/registry), not this repo. The PR will likely be auto-closed pointing there.

We've retired the third-party server list from the README in favor of the MCP Registry — see #3950 for context. The Official Integrations and Community Servers sections no longer exist in the README, so this PR no longer has a target.

Going forward, please publish your server to the MCP Registry using the quickstart guide:
