Add synpop-mcp: synthetic population simulation for AI agents

synpop-mcp exposes SynPop's synthetic population simulation as MCP tools for Claude agents. It allows agents to query how 12 US demographic segments respond to any statement or stimulus, returning validated response distributions with confidence ratings and benchmark accuracy metadata grounded in CFPB NFWBS 2016 survey data.

We've retired the third-party server list from the README in favor of the MCP Registry — see #3950 for context. The Official Integrations and Community Servers sections no longer exist in the README, so this PR no longer has a target.
